Many special effects in Premiere Pro are designed to be in real time. If you use lots of effects or if you use effects that are not designed to be played in real time, your computer may not be able to display the results at the full frame rate. That is, Premiere Pro will attempt to display your video clips, combined with the special effects, but it will not show every single frame each second.
Apple released Final cut Pro X (Version 10) in the market with new state of the art editing pipeline with interesting new features. Most of them liked it some compared 'FCP X' to 'I-movie' on steroids catered to armature market. Most of them shifted to Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro. But I personally don't think software matters much its the skills I have even edited big projects on Sony Vegas Pro, Windows Movie Maker and even on Nero Vision and got handsomely rewarded. In the end, the editing suite of your choice is just a tool of the profession. Its the picture that matters to the audience.

When you create a new project, Premiere Pro invites you to create a sequence. It’s important to understand how sequence settings change the way Premiere Pro plays your video and audio clips. You can change the settings selected by a preset if it is almost, but not exactly, what you want. You need to know the kind of video and audio your camera records because your sequence settings will usually be based on your original source clips. To make it easier for you to choose the right settings, Premiere Pro sequence presets are named after different camera recording formats, so if you know the video format that your camera records, you’ll know what to choose. Note: Presets preselect several settings, saving you time.

The film has to be released soon for the movie to earn profits. Its your speed, skills and know how on line to finish the project on time.
You just installed Adobe CS6, but either the first time you opened it (or one of the first time, anyways) you couldn't find ANY of your precious presets (DSLR, R3D, etc) WHY ME?: You probably installed a 'Bad' version of CS6 and then forgot to block your hosts, or accidentally updated the program AFTER trying to crack it. HERE'S HOW I FIXED THIS AFTER 8 YEARS: If you aren't able to install any updates (you know who you are) then just skip this next bit. If you ARE able to install updates, then just go to help>updates - and afterwards, restart the PC. So if you have a cracked program, then watch this video I already made forever ago or read more text: I have ALL the written instructions on my website, if you'd like to take a further in-depth look, but honestly the video should suffice for everything.
I also have the downloads for all the tools on my website too! Should be set if you watched! Choose ‘change sequence settings.’ But I have multiple formats of video – what do I choose? If this is the case, you’ll have to choose which video you’d like your sequence to match. Drag that type of video into the new sequence first, and then have Premiere Pro automatically match the settings to that video. Once you add any video to your sequence, Premiere Pro will not prompt you to change the sequence settings when a new type of video is added. This only works when there isn’t anything on your sequence timeline yet. I hope this all makes sense, and you will now live headache free lives without worrying about changing sequence settings!

Video rendering and playback settings While working creatively with video clips in your sequences, it’s likely you’ll apply some visual effects. Some special effects can be played immediately, combining your original video with the effect and displaying the results as soon as you click Play. When this happens, it’s called real-time playback. Real-time playback is desirable because it means you can watch the results of your creative choices right away.
